Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nuna Reformer Pilates, we aim to provide a fair and consistent booking experience while protecting the operation of our studio. By purchasing a class, package, or membership, you agree to the following policy.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Participant cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled class may result in the loss of the class credit or payment.
Missed classes without prior cancellation are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Late Arrivals

Participants who arrive late to a scheduled class will lose the class. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for late arrivals. This policy is in place to maintain class flow, safety, and fairness to other participants.

Medical & Personal Circumstances

All cancellations are treated the same, regardless of reason. Medical conditions, illness, or personal circumstances do not automatically qualify for refunds or credits. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of the studio and are not guaranteed.

Studio Cancellations

If the studio cancels a class or session, participants will receive either a class credit or a refund, determined at the studio’s discretion.

Introductory & Trial Offers

Introductory offers, trial classes, and first-time deals are non-refundable and one-time only. These offers cannot be transferred, extended, or exchanged for cash.

Class Packs & Expiry

Class packs expire after the stated validity period.
Once expired, class packs become invalid and non-refundable, with no extensions or credits provided.

Memberships & Pauses

Memberships may be paused only at the studio’s discretion, for reasons such as holidays or injury. Approval is not guaranteed, and pause conditions may apply.

Refunds & Administrative Fees

Refunds for memberships, long-term packages, or other purchases are not guaranteed.
If a refund is approved:

It will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
Administrative fees may apply
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact with the studio may result in account suspension and loss of booking privileges.
