Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed using a specialised Pilates reformer machine. It focuses on strength, flexibility, posture, and core stability while being gentle on the joints.
No experience is required. We welcome beginners and experienced clients alike. Our instructors provide guidance and modifications to suit all fitness levels.
All classes must be booked in advance through our website. Class availability is limited, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class may result in the loss of the class credit or payment. Missed classes are non-refundable.
Late arrivals are not permitted to join the class for safety reasons and will lose the class credit. No refunds or rescheduling are provided for late arrivals.
Memberships, class packs, and long-term purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any refunds, if approved, are issued at the studio’s discretion and may include administrative fees.
Yes. All class packs have a strict expiry date. Unused classes do not carry over past the expiry date and are non-refundable.
Membership pauses may be approved at the studio’s discretion for reasons such as injury or holidays. Approval is not guaranteed and conditions may apply.
Please wear comfortable activewear that allows free movement. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.
Participants must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before attending class. Pilates may not be suitable for everyone, and we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting.
Yes, we offer specialised pre- and postnatal Pilates options. Medical clearance is required before attending these classes.
If the studio cancels a class, you will receive either a class credit or a refund, determined at the studio’s discretion.
